Nearly $4,000 was raised with the Chicago Marathon effort, bringing the marathon fundraiser total to $17,000. 100% of money raised benefits the Steve O'Grady Building Fund of the Greater Salem Boys and Girls Club and the Stephen O'Grady Foundation.

Getting ready to go at 8 a.m. The time difference of Chicago being one hour behind us worked to my advantage. It was in the 50's at the start, but warmed up to almost 70 in the afternoon.
